We stand behind the quality of Soren. If your kit arrives damaged or is defective out of the box, we will replace the affected components at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Since each Soren kit is built to order in limited monthly batches, order cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of purchase. After this window, your production slot is locked in and materials are allocated.
Due to the specialized nature of the offline archive and hardware configuration, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse once the unit has shipped. Please review the kit specifications carefully before reserving your slot.
